Kestrel
Our point of view

A workshop, not a warehouse

Kestrel began with a simple question: what would a listening object look like if it were made the way a good chair or a good knife is made? We work with a small in-house team and a handful of local suppliers, cutting, finishing and assembling in short runs. The result is not a gadget but a quiet object with a specific weight, a specific feel, and a specific sound that rewards the hours you give it.

Detachable cable system

Locking 2.5 mm connectors at each earcup; three lengths included.

04 / Friction-stay

Friction-stay headband

Spring steel core wrapped in vegetable-tanned leather; no notches or clicks.

Can I return or exchange a pair?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. We cover return shipping only for manufacturing defects.

Can I replace the earpads or cable myself?

Yes, all wearing parts are tool-free removable. Replacement pads and cables are available from our spare parts desk.

Do the headphones work with a phone or laptop?

They are efficient enough to run from most devices, but a clean headphone output will give the best control.
